Soni Jorgensen

Soni Jorgensen was an orphan from South Korea, raised in Sweden and abandoned by her adoptive parents at the age of fourteen. School of Hard Knocks gave her an affinity for comedy, but she loves writing in different genres for film and television.

She is working as a screenwriter in Scandinavia and the USA. She received her training at the University of Southern California's Graduate Screenwriting Program in Los Angeles and Creative Europe MEDIA programs.

She has also worked as a head writer with game director Josef Fares on the video game, It Takes Two (2021), for Hazelight Studios and EA, as a Dialogue Coach for FOX Television on Showrunner Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story (2015) and a script consultant for numerous projects, including the Academy Award nominated feature film, Så som i Himmelen (2004).

She is a member of the European Film Academy.
